- 1 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces Champagne, prosecco, or other sparkling wine
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the St-Germain and lemon juice into a Champagne glass. Fill it with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
Notes
To convert to tablespoons, 1 ounce is equal to 2 tablespoons. A single 750 mL bottle is enough for 6 drinks.
