This lemon blueberry mocktail is zingy and refreshing, and looks like a craft cocktail! Ready in just 5 minutes with fresh ingredients, it’s the perfect non-alcoholic drink for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons frozen blueberries (see Notes)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 46 fresh mint leaves, to garnish
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Ice
  • Optional: Lemon slice and extra mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. To the glass of a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint, then add the frozen blueberries and muddle again.
  2. Add the lemon juice and fill with ice. Shake a few times until cold and strain into a glass.
  3. Top the glass with tonic water. Gently stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint, if desired.

Notes

You can also make this with fresh blueberries, but we love the instant color that frozen berries make (plus we always have them on hand)! We like fresh blueberries as a garnish.

Make it your own:

  • Sweeter: Add 1 tsp honey when muddling
  • Herbaceous: Try basil or rosemary instead of mint
  • Tropical: Add a splash of coconut water
  • Spa-style: Add cucumber slices when muddling
