The refreshing Gin Gin Mule cocktail is a modern classic! It’s essentially a mashup of a bubbly Moscow mule and a minty Mojito. Alternate method for a gin mule below*.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 mint sprigs*
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoonsimple syrup
  • 2 ounces (¼ cup) gin
  • 2 ounces (¼ cup) ginger beer
  • For the garnish: lime wedges, mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Gently muddle (mash) the mint sprigs in the bottom of the mug using a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon.
  2. Add the lime juice, simple syrup and gin. Stir to combine.
  3. Add ice and the ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with lime and mint.

Notes

*Alternate method: to make a straight up Gin Mule, simply add 2 ounces (¼ cup) gin, ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice, and 4 ounces (½ cup) ginger beer in a copper mug, and fill with ice. Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
