This horseradish sauce is creamy with just the right heat on the finish! Use it for dolloping on steak, sandwiches, vegetables and more.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Lasts up 2 to weeks refrigerated.
