The Mango Martini recipe is sweet tart and fruity! This tasty cocktail pairs the tropical fruit with vodka and orange liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces* mango puree (or mango juice)
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • ½ ounce Cointreau or triple sec
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rim: Place granulated sugar in a single layer on a plate. Cut a notch in a lime wedge and run it around the rum of the glass to wet it. Then roll the rim in the sugar until evenly coated.
  2. Shake the drink: Place the mango puree, vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into the prepared martini glass.
